Booking & Our Basic Terms

Booking

When you decide to make a booking with us, we will visit you to discuss your vision of your special day. At this meeting we will share ideas and discuss with you the way in which you would like your day photographed or video captured. We will discuss with you the various packages that we offer, what is included in each, how they can be tailored and any special offers that we have running. If you do not wish for us to visit, we will send you a booking form and some questionnaire forms. These forms will help us understand how you would like your day to be captured.

Deposit

When you decide to make a booking with us for either a Photography or Videography package we will require a deposit of £125 to confirm the booking of your wedding date. If booking both a Photography and Videography package together we will require a deposit of £175.

Balance Of Payment

The balance of payment will be due a minimum of 14 days prior to the wedding or Civil Service that you have pre-booked with us for attendance.

Coverage

The Photographer/Videographer cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by the Groom/Bride/Wedding Party etc not arriving at the pre-agreed times. The Photographer/Videographer cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage due to the Church, Register Office, licensed place of Weddings or venue having restrictions on Photography / Videography.

Weather

Your Wedding Pictured cannot be held responsible for Photography/Videography being disrupted/cancelled due to adverse/unfavourable weather conditions. In the event of poor weather conditions it may be possible to set up a small photography studio indoors, this will depend upon permission being granted by the owners/operators of the venue.

Illness

Your Wedding Pictured shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the package/session that has been booked if no Photographer/Videographer is available due to illness. Your Wedding Pictured may substitute Photographers/videographers to cover in the event of illness of the booked Photographer/Videographer.

Equipment Failure

Your Wedding Pictured shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the package/session booked if, for whatever reason, equipment failure causes complete loss of all images and/or video.

Licences Required

Your Wedding Pictured cannot be held responsible for any Church or Venue not allowing Photography or Videography to take place on their premises. Any permission or licence that is required to allow Photography or Videography to take place on any premises is the responsibility or the Bride and Groom (or person making the booking with us). Any charges for licences to allow Photography or Videography to take place on any premises is also the responsibility of the Bride and Groom (or person making the booking with us).
